FAQ

How much money can I save?
The price of your treatment will depend on the work you have done. For very simple procedures you may save tens of pounds. For the more complex treatment you can save thousands of pounds. However, our dentists are never chosen for their price only their quality.
What should I do before I arrive?
Nearly all the treatments can be assessed during your visit. For more complex procedures such as IMPLANTS you may may find it benficial to send a panaramic Xray in advance so the dentist can give you a precise cost and timeframe of the treatment. In any case, please call us on 0208 123 26 26 to discuss your needs.
Why is treatment cheaper in Croatia than in the UK?
Simply put, life is cheaper in Croatia. The UK, on the other hand, has seen a big migration of NHS dentists into private practice which has driven the price of treatment in the UK outside of many people's budgets.
How can I be confident of the quality?
All our dentists have been chosen based on the quality of their personal references and testimonials. All of the practitioners are trained to international standards and have had many years experience in treating foreign clients.
Do your dentists speak English?
All our dentists and their teams speak English with many also Italian and German.
Do other people from Europe get their teeth done in Croatia?
At present the Croatia's biggest customer base comes from Italy, Norway, Germany and Holland.
How long will I need to stay in Croatia?
Your stay in Croatia will depend on what treatment you choose. Please look through the treatments to get a rough estimate of the time required and call us on 0208 123 26 26 to discuss both the time involved and the cost.
What if something goes wrong after I return to the UK - is there any aftercare?
Treatments very rarely go wrong if the correct aftercare procedures - which your dentist will inform you of - are followed. Our dentists will also inform you of the guarantees of their work. In the unlikely event of a complication you can visit your local dentist as usual.
How and when should/can I pay?
Payment can be made with a major credit card although please be advise to check your card limits if you are undertaking a larger treatment.
How should I plan my travel, accommodation and dental visit?
For your convenience we are partnered with a selection of travel agents across Croatia who will be able to look after your every need.
